AEPC 2026: The 59th Annual Meeting of European Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology at Padova Congress

May 13, 2026

From May 13 to 16, Padova Congress will host the 59th Annual Meeting of the Association for European Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology (AEPC), one of the leading international events dedicated to paediatric and congenital cardiology. The meeting will bring together paediatric cardiologists, congenital heart disease specialists, healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners from across Europe and beyond.

The 2026 edition, hosted by the University of Padua, will feature a broad and multidisciplinary scientific programme. The agenda includes courses, parallel scientific sessions, abstract presentations, industry symposia, and networking opportunities, fostering ongoing dialogue between clinical practice, research, and innovation.

Among the key topics addressed during the congress are advanced cardiovascular imaging, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality applications in paediatric cardiology, reflecting a forward-looking approach focused on the most advanced developments in the field. The meeting has also been accredited by EACCME® with 23 European CME credits, further strengthening its scientific and educational profile.

With more than 1,700 participants expected, AEPC once again confirms its status as a major international event thanks to its ability to attract a large and highly specialised scientific community. For Padova Congress, hosting a congress of this calibre represents a further consolidation of its role as a leading venue for major international medical and scientific events, as well as a meeting place for the disciplines shaping the future of medicine.
